Experience

After graduating in law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, I worked for Fortis MeesPierson in various positions. I left in 2005 and embarked on a quest for work that I would enjoy every single day. This quest eventually led to a solid foray into performance management, leadership, competence development and selection. Since then I have built up a large body of experience as a trainer and role-play actor.

I have learned much about internal branding, business strategy and, in particular, team development from a couple of amazing and headstrong individuals. I have been an independent advisor and facilitator in individual and collective change and leadership processes since 2008.
